Preassign users to breakout rooms

Thanks to the new 5.11 release it is now possible, when creating a session, to preassign the participants to each breakout room. Breakout rooms can be created before the live session – in addition to the live creation feature -; upon entering the session, the speakers will already have up to 300 breakout rooms available, each with the programmed pre-assignment of its participants.

To pre-create a breakout room when creating a meeting, click on “New Meeting” and after filling in the required fields> “Advanced options”> “Access”> “Assign participants to breakout rooms” and insert name and email address of each partecipant.

*To have pre-assigned users access a breakout room directly, without first accessing the main room, the speaker must activate the breakout in the session.
