File download

KeyMeeting allows you to share a file with other participants, who can download it locally on their computer.

The user who wants to share a “file uploaded to their Media Library”: has the option “enable / disable sharing” , to allow other users to download the file.

To activate the download permission of a file during a session, the user who is showing the file must click on the icon at the top right in order to unblock the file download (once the function is activated, the user will see the icon to revoke the release permission ); other participants will be able to download the file locally .
