Participant traceability report

The SkyMeeting Live platform provides a traceability report of users attendance at each session or event.
The report is updated in real time and details all the information relating to each event (ID, title, date and time of the session) and to each participant (ID, name, surname, email, IP address, total stay time, time of entry and exit from the session).
The report can be exported in various formats and is designed to be exhibited by the training facilities to accredited bodies for obtaining certifications and certificates of participation.

How to download the attendance tracking report:
1. access the “Statistics” section of the main menu on the dashboard
2. the graph relating to the use will appear; select the reference period (available from 30 to 180 previous days)
3. click the link located under the graph on the left “Export usage statistics” and select the file export format (CSV or Excel)
4. the local download of the traceability report of the attendance of the participants in the reference period will be activated

!In the event of a voluntary or accidental exit from the session by a participant, to ensure proper traceability of his participation in the session, he must re-access the session using the invitation link received by email from the organizer.
If the user who wishes to re-access the session does not follow the procedure described above and simply refreshes the page – re-accessing the session via login – his traceability in the report will be limited and inconsistent with the requirements for participation in training courses accredited and / or funded.
It is therefore recommended to communicate to your users, in case of exit from the session, to log back in using EXCLUSIVELY the invitation link.

!Platform access statistics are stored on KeyMeeting servers for 180 days. It is therefore recommended to periodically make a backup by downloading the report locally in CSV or Excel format.
