Before entering a videoconference session with KeyMeeting, we recommend that you carry out a general check of your hardware / software / connectivity / port to verify that your computer has all that is necessary.
How to carry out the system test
To launch the test session, click here: https://go.keymeeting.it/systemcheck/. We recommend using the latest updated version of Google Chrome.
The following page will appear showing the results of the test:
If the result of your test is not positive or detects some critical issues that prevent you from participating in the KeyMeeting online session, you may not have all the necessary software products. Check that all the system requirements are satisfied: https://www.keymeeting.it/requisiti/.
